When Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visited Bury St Edmunds recently, their trip coincided with the 21st Anniversary of St. Nicholas Hospice.

I was delighted to be asked to decorate a celebratory cake with St. Nicholas' Hospice ' 21st Anniversary Logo ', to be cut by Charles and Camilla as a central feature of the celebrations.

Here you see them apparently delighted with their task and, I hope, with my work!

Both the antique silver stand upon which the celebration cake is displayed and the large cake knife used by the Royal Couple are available to hire when you order one of my special cakes.
